WORKING CONDITIONS
In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, Perm Flour Mill JSC carries out a special assessment of working conditions, based on which, in the presence of harmful working conditions, employees are assigned appropriate compensation and benefits;
The employer provides employees with high-quality and reliable personal protective equipment;
In addition to the mandatory additional payments for work in harmful working conditions, employees receive additional allowances for work in conditions that differ from normal.

The company has a medical center where qualified specialists will provide primary first aid. If necessary, any employee can be given a course of physiotherapeutic procedures - massage, inhalation, ultraviolet radiation, magnet;
